Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order. Refunds for the returned item will be processed separately.
