Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Eligible for Return

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in its original condition
  • Item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • You have the original receipt or order confirmation
  • The item is not in the non-returnable category (see below)
Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital products and downloads
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
How to Return an Item
  1. Initiate a Return: Log into your account and go to My Orders. Select the order and click "Return Item."
  2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and freebies that came with it.
  3. Ship It: Use the prepaid return shipping label provided, or ship the item to the address given in your return confirmation email.
  4. Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order. Refunds for the returned item will be processed separately.
